The place is quiet, good for relaxation out of city noise, the staff are available and friendly. enviroment is clean and secure

My family room had light which are controlled by 1 switch, i could not turn off the kids area while i worked on something the other side coz the lights wouldn't allow segregation. I also reported a light not working in the bathroom but it wasn't fixed till we left.
