Victoria Falls Backpackers Zambia & Activity centre

The male working at reception was brilliant, extremely friendly and helpful.

The Backpackers is well placed within Livingston. 5 minutes from the mall for currency exchange, restaurants and a supermarket. Less than 10 minutes walk to Livingstone museum and a 20 minute walk to the bus station. Don’t be put off by the dirt road outside, indeed it was relayed while I was there and is easy to walk on. The staff were very friendly and helpful from security at the gate to all the reception staff. I had a bed in a dorm but was the only one in the room. It would easily be big enough for four. The breakfast was exceptional and the pool was bigger than average.

Nothing. The place was very quiet while I was there and everything was well organised.

Great location right in the centre, with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was really nice, and there were plenty of attractive public areas to relax and chill out. I enjoyed the hammocks and the nice area upstairs. The room and beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean.

Loads of space and places to sit within the complex

The soft furnishings out in the complex were dirty and the shower heads in the rooms need replacing as water was going everywhere.loss of water and I think a curtain is needed to cover the bathroom for privacy
