Very nice new and comfortable house. We are a family of 5 and stayed here for the celebration of Guanacaste day, July 25. Although the town does not feel unsafe it's pleasant to be in the well-maintained and safe condominium. A large Walmart is nearby, as well as several other shops. We cooked our meal one evening, which works well with the large oven and stovetop. Also the washer and dryer were very welcome after a week traveling through Costa Rica. There is a pool in the condominium, but we didn't use it.

New, comfortable, and elegant villa. Very clean and functional condo with pool, tennis court, and playgrounds in area. Great AC in every rooms. Leyla was very responsive and helpful host. Easy location by car just out of city along the highway.
Construction work right next to windows created terrible noise starting 6 am. Property had other attached apartment. Internet connection hickups too often. Quite few cutlery and dishes.
