Die Besitzer waren sehr sehr freundlich und das Essen war super lecker. Wir waren im 3-Bettzimmer mit außergewöhnlichem Blick in den Urwald.

Very beautiful newly built place, right at the edge of the rainforest. Clean and comfortable rooms, there was AC and even hot water in the showers. The food was great, the activities (we did the 6-waterfalls-hike and the 14km rainforest hike) were amazing, the staff (especially Prabhashi, the owner) was extremely helpful, friendly and kind! She offered us a variety of different food and even organised our transport to our next destination. The place was like an oasis for us, in the middle of the quiet and beautiful nature. We were actually just going to stay for 2 nights, but extended to 3 nights, because we enjoyed it so so much. So far the best place we have stayed at in Sri Lanka! Highly recommend.

Great hosts. They arranged several excursions for me, a jungle hike, bird walk and a night walk. They even drove me to a trail and spent an hour taking me on a trail to try to find a bird I wanted to see. Meals were wonderful. My room looked onto a beautiful stretch of the jungle. My room had on demand hot water for the shower and effective aircon.

Great location so close to a reserve entrance and with the Gin river just a few metres away. The hosts organised transportation from Mirissa for us at a reasonable price and it all ran smoothly. We stayed for 2 nights and the host also organised a short 1.5 hour boat trip for our first afternoon, and we did a guided night walk for 2 hours and the best thing was the 5 hour White Monkey trail with the best guide! Breakfast was great, service was friendly and helpful, room was spacious and great view. They also let us stay longer in the room on the day of leaving as our next transport booked elsewhere was delayed by quite some time. Loved the hot shower, option to pay everything by card at the end, and that we could just text 30 min in advance from our room and then go to the dining area and be served immediately :)
