The pool, the room and location
Very unfinished and tired. The whole place needs to be updated. The food was mediocre (buffet dinner).

A very friendly welcome, very generously sized, immaculately clean rooms with comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection for all tastes. The staff were lovely and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds close to the safari points. Highly recommend

Nice friendly staff
Room was a bit tired. Shower was poor. In room meal was poor. Processed / fried food ... worst food we have had on holiday.
