客服超级有耐心！！本人第一次用booking还不太会英语，客服跟我解释整整十分钟怎么付押金怎么取钥匙，真的救了我的命了

设施有些老旧，窗户关不严，暖气不足导致房间里冷

I appreciated how convenient and easy everything was.

Upon arrival, I found that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. I had to clean the tables and chairs myself, and the small table in the bedroom was covered with white stains. The shower also appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. This was particularly disappointing given that every guest is charged a €40 cleaning fee. An electrical socket in the bedroom was detached from the wall with exposed wires, which I reported to support. In addition, construction work was taking place in the courtyard throughout my stay, resulting in daily noise and dust. Had I been informed about these circumstances in advance, I would have expected a lower rental price.
