Location. We were able to check in 3 hours early without additional payment. The apartment had all the facilities required for our week stay. Constant contact from John prior to meeting and during the stay. The first morning discovered the kettle did not work on contacting John he responded within minutes with suggestions and someone would supply another that morning. Fortunately we found another in one of the kitchen cupboard so morning coffee was had!!
Strong smell in the toilet/bathroom especially in the mornings which I believed was from the vent/extractor fan as there were no windows.
