Views, amazing home cooked food, room.

The mountain view was good. Staff behaviour was humble, respectful.
1. The cost for the driver's accommodation and meal was not disclosed in advance.
2. The pahadi food as promised did not meet our expectations as it was nothing different from regular food.
3. The entrance of the property has a muddy slope which creates difficulty in the car to climb up. The staff was clueless how to handle such a situation.
4. The property charged unreasonably for some items like coffee, water and salad (should have been complimentary), and they don't have a menu card when asked for it.
5. No water bottle provided in the room, when asked the staff told us it is chargeable.

We liked the amazing ambience, scenic views, great hospitality by courteous staff and deep serenity @Buransh Retreat. Must visit location for leisure. Highly recommended.
