Discover lakeside living at Loon Landing, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental on Keuka Lake. Perfect for families, friends, or couples, this cozy retreat combines comfort, convenience, and endless outdoor fun.
Step inside and enjoy the open floor plan with stunning lake views, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of space to gather. The living room offers two sitting areas and a 55-inch TV. Please note: the wood-burning fireplace is decorative only and not for use. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast nook, while the dining room seats up to 10—ideal for family meals or celebrations.
The master suite features a queen bed, lake views, and a private ensuite bath with a large tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms (a queen and two twins) plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provide flexible sleeping options.
Outside, relax on the wraparound deck, enjoy games on the level lawn, or gather around the fire ring in the evenings. With two permanent docks and a gradual shale beach, the property is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, and sunbathing.
Conveniently located next to Harbor Lights Marina and across from the Lakeside Restaurant, Loon Landing also puts you close to Penn Yan, Hammondsport, and the Keuka Lake Wine Trail.
Whether you're here for wine tasting, water sports, or simply relaxing on the dock, Loon Landing is your perfect Finger Lakes getaway.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
