    Just the best reception with help parking, suggesting walks and places to check out. Really nice. The room was what you can expect from Ibis. The shower holder was pointed almost directly at the hole in the door :) Nice location to stroll around by the water and the downtown area.

    You get what you pay for, as this is an ibis budget. However,t it manages to get worse from my low expectation. As for usual ibis budget, the hair dryer is not available in the room, this is expected. It was walking distance to city center, which is good. Parking is limited and we were aware of that. We emailed the hotel to book our parking slot once we booked the hotel, which was months away. The hotel replied my email and confirmed. However when I arrived, they said we didn't book parking spot, and when I showed them the proof (email from ibis budget nancy to confirm my parking spot), they just, 'whoops sorry we dont have any slot left, just park on the next street, it's free on the evening'. Expect the street is already full that time. Luckily we found a garage few hundreds meter from the hotel. No compensation of their mistake whatsoever. The lamp in toilet is also blinking if it's on for few minutes. Have to turn it off for a while and it goes blinking again after a while.
