Lovely location and the room was very clean. The breakfast area is beautiful.

WiFi was very poor in room - no way to do work. Attention to detail was lacking. No shower cap provided. When room was cleaned items were not fully replaced (dirty coffee cup still in the room, coffee stirrer not replenished, drinking glasses not changed out for clean glasses). Chipped breakfast plate. Eggs were barely tepid both mornings, and no fresh fruit - only fruit cocktail. These items are all easily fixed, but surprising they're an issue at all for a 4-star hotel.

Great location, so close to the main square and parks and shopping - secure carpark 3 mins walk away and convenient public transport stop right out the front door.

Shower flooded the bathroom floor (and into room a bit) and made it quite slippery and dangerous to step out of.

Location, charm and clean

My room was next to the elevator and they put the bed on the wall against both the elevator door AND the corridor door… quite a feat.. makes it pretty noisy at night every time someone uses the lift or someone gets on the floor.. Staff is usually friendly, but they also have a habit of talking really loud in the morning between each other, complaining about internal things.. not the best atmosphere to start your day :-)
