Op 5 min wandelen van zeedijk en restaurants - Appartementje ligt op 7° verdieping ( 3 liften dus nooit moeten wachten) - Volledig vernieuwd en modern comfort, veel lichtinval - zonneterras - Gratis parking op 5 minuten (oppassen : vrijdagmorgen markt) -

The apartment is in a good central position
The building is very old and in need of many repairs. The corridor leading to apartment on 7th floor was dark and dreary. Although inside apartment retro style and has all you need. There are signs of wear and tear and personally would not stay again.
Blinds missing in areas and balcony could do with deep clean. As could bathroom.
