Clapham Heights

The stay itself is gorgeous. The views are beautiful, it's situated in a great location close to the tube, parks and supermarkets and was a great size for London. It was clean and easy to access.

We arrived without a baby cot set up which meant we forced our toddler to take a nap in her pram when we arrived. This took a few hours to get sorted, which was frustrating considering we paid extra to have the cot ready. We also arrived to a portable air conditioning unit (which was advertised as air conditioning) not being set up. We had heaps of issues setting this up which was frustrating after arriving on a 30degree day after hours of travel. There was a bag left in the cupboard of dirty linen also, but that was taken by cleaners once notified.

The advertised air conditioning consisted of a single portable unit that exhausted through one window. Because the property has multiple rooms, it was not effective at cooling the overall space. In addition, the unit was not set up when we arrived. We had to search through the unit to find the necessary components, and no window adapter had been installed or provided. After arriving late in the evening, this was an unnecessary inconvenience. It would have been appreciated if the management team had ensured the air conditioning unit was fully assembled, properly installed, and ready for use before our arrival.

The apartment was immaculate, bed immensely comfortable with amazing plump pillows. Location was perfect for all public transport. As a single female traveller I felt extremely safe with Concierge on duty in entrance foyer and key fob needed to access all areas.
