Zu der Wohnung gehört ein PKW-Stellplatz in einem gesicherten Areal unmittelbar neben dem Wohnkomplex. Allerdings war die Nummer des Parkplatzes nicht mehr zu erkennen. Die Parkplatznummer ist wichtig, weil sie exakt zu einer Wohnung zugeordnet ist und die Parkplätze alle privat sind. Der Zugang erfolgt durch eine elektronischen Türöffner, der in der Wohnung liegt. Müllentsorgung erfolgt auf zwei Wegen: Hausmüll/Biomüll im Keller, es gibt dafür einen separaten Schlüssel in der Wohnung für den Müllraum. Plastik/Papier/Glas in einem öffentlichen Container, unmittelbar neben dem Wohnkomplex.
Die Parkplatznummer ist nicht mehr zu erkennen. Da jede Wohnung ihren individuellen Parkplatz hat, ist das sehr wichtig. Der Müllraum im Keller war schwer zu finden.

Il pourrait y avoir quelques condiments (il y avait sel et poivre) comme de l'huile et autre de base pour faire un minimum de cuisine sans avoir acheter. Car nous repartions avec.

Appartement neuf très calme et très agréable. Proche de la vieille ville, idéal pour découvrir colmart en famille.

Pas grand chose: l’appartement est fonctionnel
L’appartement n’a aucun charme, il est très mal insonorisé, et situé loin du centre (20 min à pied: ça reste faisable), dans une zone d’habitation périphérique laide
