L'instant T 4* Balnéo, Sauna et Parking Privé

La casa è pulita e ben accessoriata..La posizione è comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Nel regolamento della casa sono presenti tante disposizioni, un'esagerazione. Peraltro queste, di normale convivenza civile, vengono ribadite tante volte anche nei messaggi che la proprietà invia insistentemente. Segnalo che viene richiesta una cauzione in contanti di ben 250 euro. Tale cifra viene restituita al momento  del check out solo se l'appartamento risulta, ad un attento controllo da parte della proprietà,  perfettamente in ordine secondo le indicazioni fornite nel regolamento. Capisco che i proprietari possano avere avuto esperienze negative in passato, però non possono neanche tormentare gli ospiti con troppi messaggi e regole da seguire. Sono stata in affitto in diversi appartamenti nel mondo e non ho mai trovato un proprietario tanto insistente.

The apartment had a full kitchen and was very comfortable for 4. Close to the city centre and a good bakery.

I find it a bit crazy that we have to give a 250 euro deposit which we only get back if we remove the linen and prepare it for washing, throw away rubbish down the road, etc. For the price of the property, I would expect to at least not have to remove the linen off the beds.

Appartement au top, literie très confortable, très bien équipée et très propre. Le plus la balnéothérapie et le sauna à l’intérieur de l’appartement et la place de parking. Situation au top, La vieille ville et le centre de Colmar a 1,3km à pieds de l’appartement Des informations très complètes sont données en amont, cela permet un séjour sans aucun souci. L’accueil du propriétaire est chaleureuse, tres disponible.

Es ist eine schöne gut eingerichtete Wohnung 2 km von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auf alle Fragen wurde schnell reagiert.

Die Wohnung sollte voll klimatisiert sein, dass war der Hauptgrund warum wir sie gebucht hatten. Leider gibt es nur ein mobiles Klima Gerät das nicht mal das Wohnzimmer runter kühlen konnte. Es war sehr laut und man musste einen Schlauch aus dem Fenster hängen. Nachts durfte es nicht genutzt werden.
