Raghunath Hotel Jammu

We have spent 3 nights at Raghunat hotel and it was great. The staff is very nice and helpful, always smiling and answering to all our requests. They are available 24/7 and there is also room service, you can order food and drinks. Also, they talk good English and it's foreigners friendly. WiFi works well. The room is big and comfortable with fan and AC. The bathroom is convenient and clean. We got towels and toilet paper as well as hot water on request. The location is the huge positive point, because it's literally 2 minutes away from Raghunat temple by walk and close to many shops, coffee places and restaurants, and 3 minutes away from the bus station by walk. At the temple, you can see the Aarti in the morning and the evening. We definitely recommend this place!

La struttura e’ molto bella, camera spaziosa, pulita e la posizione e’ fantastica. Si trova in un vicolo silenzioso a pochi metri dal tempio più importante della città.

Tutto era perfetto.

Since i stayed for only 5-6 hours, just night stay, so room space was good, but room was average, washroom and hot water facility was good. Staff was also approachable and quick in service.

Location was not good, food service and taste both were not good. It was just okay to stay, we could have got much better at this rate. Also i didn't liked about manager was, that after booking via booking.com on pay later policy, the manager asked advance for confirmation. I just paid 1/4th amount as advance, so he again asked 50 percent amount on the day of arrival in order to fully onfirm on booking. I have never seen such kind of attitude/behaviour in any other hotels.
