Location was good, busy market next to temple so no issues with transport, safety. Staff was very helpful. Neat, decent even for single female travellers. Room size small, not totally as per pics but sufficient n toilet very clean.

Was called n asked to pay upfront even before my due time was to happen, was told if I don't pay immediately ie before cancellation period then they would cancel my booking. This forcing, now or leave felt like pressurisation before cancellation time was not yet close. Hotel needs to improve on its communication. Also on check in they said pay full amount now only, i flatly said no way, that happens at end of my stay , nothing beyond regular business practises. Other than this no complaints at all, in fact it was very good experience . Finding hotel can be tricky , it's in a very small lane and it's a tight old market so cars can't come till here, be mindful if u r bringing ur own vehicle.

the manager seemed slimy. he miscounted my payment (500Rs notes) and insisted i did not give the right amount.

I liked that it was central. Shops and restaurants are close by.

I am a tall person and the mattress was not long enough. My feet were out of the mattress. A. C. was noisy. Room was damp but I do not know if this is a hotel problem or an inviramental problem because humidity in Jammu is quite high. Anyway a modern A.C. would take care of that.
