    Location is near to railway station but auto will generally take 150-200.. rooms are very small with minimum facility....TV was not working...bed is small... electricity was not available for 2 hrs, so only fan was working with generator and lift and AC was not working...it is a budget hotel and recommended only for those who are going for vaishno devi darshan...

    We booked a Deluxe Room with a fan. However, the room amenities clearly mentioned that air conditioning was included. When we asked the staff to turn on the AC, we were told that we had to pay extra for it, which was disappointing and misleading. We had also booked a room with a mountain view, but upon arrival we were given a ground-floor room overlooking a dirty garden area with rubbish, rather than the mountain view we had paid for. When I raised the issue, the reception staff repeatedly argued and asked me to show proof of the room category I had booked. Only after showing the booking details did they agree to change our room, moving us from the ground floor to the third floor, where we finally received the mountain view we had originally booked. The hotel is also located quite far from the market and temple entrance. They do provide drop services, which is helpful. Some staff members were polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the experience at reception was disappointing, as the staff member there seemed to argue about every issue instead of trying to resolve it in a customer-friendly manner. Overall, while some staff members were courteous and the drop service was useful, the misleading room information and poor handling of customer concerns at reception negatively affected our stay.
