- Bedroom 2: Also on the second floor, this bright and cosy bedroom features a double bed, nice décor, soft bedding, and ample storage—perfect for family or guests.

- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is £30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour

- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
- We kindly ask guests to remove shoes indoors to help preserve the home’s beautiful floors.

- Please note that the property includes multiple levels and fragile furnishings, so it’s not ideal for younger guests.
