All leases and reservations require ONE-TIME membership transfer fee between $350 - $550 depending on duration, security deposit, lease admin fee, pet fees if applicable.
Durations 6 months or less require 12% 'resort tax' applied to the gross rent amount, and all funds prepaid prior to reservation start date.
Durations longer than 6 months require prepaid first month rent and monthly reimbursement for utilities.
