Stunning Diangelo II Model @ The National Golf and Country Club! Den has a pull-out coach with an upgraded gel memory foam mattress so this is suitable for 4-6 occupants. This seasonal rental is fully decked out and ready for your arrival. The prime booking season" is NOW before everything is gone! Floor plan layout lives more like a single family home than a condo with the kitchen, living room, dining room and rear lanai with stunning views all open and accessible. Pets permitted on a case by case basis with $250 non-refundable deposit charged separately along with membership fees . These rentals come with BUNDLED GOLF PRIVILEGES! No green fees, only $30.00 golf cart rental.
Please Note: Member transfer fees (Non- Refundable) of 250$ (150$ for membership and 100$ for golf one time fees during the rental irrespective of any months stay). That alone makes this a super vacation bargain! Gated/manned/security 24/7. This year the pool usage will be Ave Maria Waterpark as the National is still adding the resort style amenities. Pickleball is also open. Gym privileges in the Ave Maria town center. Come see what everyone is talking about in Ave Maria the 16th FASTEST GROWING award winning community in the ENTIRE UNITED STATES! Once you visit, you won't want to leave. You will pay this fees separately as its not included in the booking and its due much advance before you move in. So you wont have issues with the guard at the time of check-in.

I spent a month in Ave Maria at the National Golf and Country Club to be close to the university where my son attends and plays football. This property was very conveniently located and made for a great home away from home for myself and my family visiting on the weekends (husband and 3 adult children). The bedrooms were nicely decorated and most importantly had very comfortable beds which provided a good night sleep for everyone. The den was a great office space for me to work remotely and we put the sofa bed to good use. The kitchen/dining area allowed us to enjoy family dinners together and the living room was a great gathering space with a sectional sofa that is so cozy. The balcony offers a beautiful view as it overlooks the 15th hole of the golf course. During my stay, the country club and its amenities were not complete on the premises, but alternatives were offered close by. Ashok was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He ensured we had all that we needed and even accommodated our two labrador retrievers. Every morning, I took our pups to the dog park which was a great space for them to play. I highly recommend this property and all that it has to offer. I definitely hope to return in the future!
