You are welcome to our brand new 2 bedroom walkout legal basement suite with separate entrance at Upper Greenwich, near Farmer’s market Northwest Calgary. This suite is spacious and surrounded by network of trails, pathways, 25 minutes’ drive to Calgary Airport, 5 minutes’ drive to Canada Olympic Park, Bowness Park, WinSport ,20 minutes to downtown Calgary,10 min to university of Calgary ,12 min to Alberta Children hospital, , 3 minutes to Calgary Farmer’s market with many shopping shops and restaurants,,5 min drive to Crowfoot LRT McDonalds, A&W, Starbucks, Home depot, Bowness Park, Real Canadian superstore.
Trips to Banff, Kananaskis, Lake Louise, Jasper are easily accessible via Stoney Trail and Trans-Canada Highway which is minutes away.

This cozy suite comes with 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 queen size bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a lovely living room with a sofa bed.

This brand-new legal secondary suite offers separate entrance for your privacy, 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, full washroom and walk-in closet.
The living room is cozy and has a comfortable sofa and smart 50’’ TV with IPTV box with cable channels. Dining table that seats 4 people and equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
