Country living! Our home offers peace and tranquility sitting on over 50 ACRES! We are located in the Texas Hill Country 20 minutes from Downtown Austin, 30 minutes from the Hill country and some of the are areas top wineries and Breweries.
This is a well maintained counrty style home perfect for guests that want to get away but still be close to the action. Come stay with us!

This is an amazing property that we LOVED staying in and wished we had more time to enjoy. I rented it for myself and two adult daughters traveling to a third daughter’s baby shower nearby. We wanted a quiet place with three separate bedrooms and a couple of bathrooms and some gathering space to be able to be together but also go into quiet places alone with such a busy trip. This was so perfect. The property is beautiful and quiet. I loved watching the horses from the front porch with morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was easy to find in the kitchen. Everything inside and out was pristine and clean, and we will return in the future when we come back and need to spend a few days in the Austin area. This property is very close to main shopping choices and restaurants in Kyle, so forgetting something or wanting to eat out is so easy to remedy. I can’t believe we could stay here! Amazing property.

When I made the reservations for this property we (myself, my daughter and her family) were a bit unsure. Often when considering a rental we can look at the other properties in the neighborhood and it tells something about that property. With the house on acreage that doesn't work so well. However, we took the chance :)We loved the place. Even the grandsons (ages 8 & 13) loved being there. We all realized we needed the calm and peace provided. The house was so comfortable! What a great classic Hill Country ranch house and property. We lived in Marble Falls for 10 years, decades ago. This stay reconnected us with the Hill Country and we remembered why we love being in Texas. My son-in-law said it was the best VRBO we've stayed at.
