A traveler's paradise! Come enjoy the beauty of La Casa De Arte featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, bright and airy common space, custom kitchen, and lovely backyard to soak in the Texas sunset. You can “feel” Austin in this gem of a home with handpicked local art. Located minutes from most hotspots in the city and major highways, traveling is a breeze! The house abuts a nature preserve trail. Whether you like to get a jog in, enjoy Austin's dining scene or night life- there’s something for every taste.
Modern, open, airy and bright are words that BEST describe the space as you step in and are greeted by the colorful hand-painted Austin tribute mural. Great location! Officially licensed through the City of Austin Code Compliance STR Program. This modern and meticulously maintained home has an airy living area, a dining room for 6, a bar with bar stools and mixology ideas for fun cocktails, 3 lovely bedrooms, and 2 full modern and bright bathrooms. Brand new soft and comfy queen size beds in master and guest bedroom. Twin bed in the second guest room and a modern tufted twin daybed with trundle--all featuring new memory foam mattresses (room can sleep up to 3!). The downstairs common area is fun and vibrant and features a comfy couch that can also be used as a daybed. The stylish kitchen has a fun coffee bar, granite counters and stainless appliances. We are proud to feature handpicked art pieces from the talented art community which adds a unique "Austin" touch to your stay. We're baby friendly and provide for your convenience a highchair, booster seat, kids plates and utensils, Graco Pack 'n Play, and a portable wooden crib. The backyard is the real highlight of La Casa De Arte--this space will make your trip truly unforgettable whether you decide to roast marshmallows at the firepit, enjoy a drink at the soft-cushioned outdoor furniture, or chill in the hanging chaise lounge chair.
Shopping and dining (60 stores and over 35 restaurants) at Southpark Meadows is a mere 5 minute trip. Downtown Austin, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake and the entertaining South Congress area are 15-20 minutes away for loads of Austin-style, live music and superb food. Additionally, water fun at Lake Travis is 40 minutes away and San Antonio and its fantastic river-font dining is a mere 1 hour drive south. Don't forget to visit the San Marcos Outlet Mall (20 minutes south on IH 35) for some superb shopping or Schillerbahn Water Park (45 minutes south on IH 35)- so MUCH fun!
This well-maintained neighborhood has a wonderful, upscale playscape and nature preserve trail directly across the street from the home. Additionally, the property has easy access to IH 35 and is just 20-25 minutes away from Bergstrom airport.
