Inside, discover a fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining and living areas, and smart TVs in every bedroom for your entertainment. A dedicated workspace provides convenience for remote professionals, while refined décor and thoughtful touches create a welcoming, upscale atmosphere.

Step outdoors to your private backyard oasis, featuring a gas outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, and gazebo — the perfect setting for gathering and relaxation. Under soft string lighting, enjoy music through the integrated sound system, or unwind with a friendly game of ping-pong or darts. The fenced yard and lush artificial grass ensure comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to the main home and all outdoor areas during their stay. Bay House Getaway is entirely private, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable experience for your group.

Please note that the garage has been converted into an independent in-law suite occupied by a live-in tenant. The suite has a private entrance and no shared spaces with guests. On occasion, you may see the tenant in the driveway or hear minimal sounds, but they are courteous and respectful of your privacy.

Parking is conveniently located on the property. The left side of the driveway is reserved for the tenant and is clearly marked. Guests may use the right side of the driveway and the front area of the home, which can comfortably accommodate up to four small vehicles or two large ones. Please be mindful not to block neighbors’ driveways or access areas.

Other things to note
To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, please keep the following in mind:

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- Events or parties are not permitted on the property.

- Please keep the ping-pong table folded and closed when not in use.

- Use caution when operating the outdoor gas stove and BBQ grill. A $25–$35 extra cleaning fee may be added if the grill is left excessively dirty.

- The left side of the driveway is reserved exclusively for the tenant. Guests may use the right side of the driveway and the front area of the house, which can accommodate up to four small vehicles or two large ones. Please be mindful not to block neighbors’ driveways or access areas.

- While the home is professionally treated for pest control, this is Florida — on occasion, a few insects may find their way indoors, especially if patio or front doors are left open frequently.
