The space
The entire basement of this 1910 Craftsman house is yours, featuring everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed and 100% blackout shades for pitch black sleep, with extra blankets, pillows, and linens in the closet.
The modern kitchen has a full set of pots, pans, cooking utensils and spices so you can prepare your own meals. A microwave, air fryer, electric kettle and Keurig machine round out the extra appliances.
An expansive couch and a massive 120 inch motorized projector screen with built-in streaming services and an Edifier sound system in the living room make for a comfortable place to catch up on your latest shows. Gigabit internet service means you have blazing fast WiFi!
The bathroom is stocked with extra toiletries and features a full sized washing machine and dryer, including detergent, dryer sheets, and other cleaning supplies as well as a first aid kit.
Have kids in tow? Enjoy the travel crib in the closet, toys and books in the living room, play structures out front, or the historic Meridian Playground a block away.
You’ll be staying right in the middle of one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Seattle: Wallingford. A walking paradise, with a walk score of 85 and a bike score of 95! There’s a grocery just two blocks away. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you’ll find 3 pharmacies, 4 coffee shops, and more than 15 restaurants, bars, and dessert shops. Wallingford is also fantastically connected to public transit with bus stops 2 blocks away that can whisk you downtown or to the light rail for easy airport access.
Wallingford sits in the heart of Seattle, surrounded by some of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Just minutes from Fremont’s quirky shops and waterfront, Green Lake’s walking trails and parks, and the University District’s cafés and energy, it’s perfectly placed for exploring. Downtown Seattle and Ballard’s restaurants and breweries are both a quick drive or easy bus ride away.

The house is situated on a safe and quiet street where parking is always plentiful. Walk down the short driveway ramp to the entrance and enjoy key-free access via the pinpad mounted on the door.
