Excellent.We very much appreciated the elegance of the apartment and the many small and important matters that were thoughtfully covered -- from soaps and towels to coffee to apples to closet hangers (often not supplied).3 "entrance codes" (fence, then building then room) seems a lot and one was hard to see in the dark.The parking place was needed and convenient.

We stayed here to house hunt in Seattle. Yvonne’s place was easy as a home base, easy parking and access, and she was a thoughtful host putting all the little necessities around the apartment that you may need. Very neat and clean!
We enjoyed our stay- comfy bed! Sometimes a little noisy outside and from the heater, but as expected in town in close quarters.
