Discover this new apartment with modern furniture and appliances, offering a bright and quiet setting with no neighbors opposite. It has an elevator and is ideal for a comfortable stay. This accommodation includes a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a second bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals. You will also find a functional bathroom, a cozy dining area with a table and chairs, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two people, and a furnished balcony to enjoy the outdoors.
You will particularly appreciate the tranquility and brightness of this apartment.
For your comfort, everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including Wifi, a cot with musical night light, a cushion for dog or cat, a cat tree, bowls, games (cards, mikados, etc.), slippers, a dryerhair, a television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, and much more. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light.
You will also have access to a private parking lot as well as a free public parking just 250 meters from the accommodation. Pets are welcome here, which makes it an ideal place for families with pets.
