Cocoonr offers you this charming 78 m² house in Saint-Pierre-en-Auge to rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A large cupboard
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 12 m² terrace on the first floor with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Pierre-en-Auge, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. It is less than 30 km from the towns of Lisieux, Caen and Falaise.
