Hỗ trợ tốt, có văn phòng dưới sảnh. Phòng view biển đúng như kỳ vọng. Nội thất đầy đủ, phòng sạch sẽ.
Bếp từ hơi khó sử dụng. Nên có hướng dẫn sử dụng hoặc đổi loại khác dễ sử dụng hơn

La piscine et le fitness center.
Si le logement était conforment après changeant d'appartement car 1 er non conforme; le représentant de l'hôtel Vinsen donné comme un 5 étoiles est absolument et sans aucun excès de notre part : un incapable à gérer ce qu'il lui est donné de gérer et de gérer une relation commerciale basique avec sa clientèle. Autant dire que nous avons du nous débrouiller seuls du 1er au dernier jour.

Es liegt sehr nahe am Strand. Gut zu fuss erreichbar. Restaurants sowie ein Supermarkt ist in gehdistanz. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr sauber und die Lifeguards machen einen aufgeweckten eindruck. Die Aussichts aufs Meer ist Atemberaubend.
Die Zimmer sind sehr rudimentär eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer schimmelt es. Die Fahrstühle sind eine Katastrophe. Die kleinen Shops sind völlig überteuert. Beim auscheckennwollte das Personal eine vergütung für die nutzung der Minibar. Ich hatte keine Minibar. Das Wort Luxury im Titel ist völlig fehl am platz.
