The host was very helpful for a last minute booking.

The host does not accept payment with a credit card which was contrary to what was mentioned on Booking.com. There was no basic information package for the facility such as pool hours, where to dispose of garbage and other minor details.

Great 1-bed apartment with a balcony that gets afternoon sun and a partial view of the sea. Very easy check-in, great communication, lovely pool (although crowded) and a short walk from the beach. Very quiet. You'll sleep exceedingly well. This part of Vung Tau is much quieter, and cleaner, though still only a short Grab ride from the centre. I loved my stay so much that I've made plans to come back for an extended period. The host, Remy, and her team deserve a special mention for making one of the best teams managing apartments in the block. Song Apartments has a very large number of holiday lets and there are lots of people jostling for business who will make false promises to try and undercut competitors. Remy is transparent and honest and a good communicator. Not the lowest price you'll see, but there is a huge value in an efficient and courteous host. Wholeheartedly recommend.

An issue you often find in modern VN buildings: extremely poor lift design. At busy times, you may ending waiting 5 minutes or more to get the elevator. A few burns/scuffs on some of the furniture. Nothing to detract from this brilliant apartment.
