Thoughtfully designed, it features a comfortable queen bed, a comfortable sofa, and a dining area for two. The rotating Smart TV lets you enjoy your favourite shows from either the bed or sofa. With a well-equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom, everything you need for a relaxing stay is right here. Soft tones and contemporary finishes create a calming atmosphere, while the surrounding views add to the sense of serenity. Just a short drive from Wānaka township, you’ll be close to the lake, cafés, the famous Wānaka Tree, and a variety of scenic walking trails.

We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.
Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.
Guests have full access to the studio, which is connected to the main house but completely self-contained with its own private entrance.
I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay.

Our stay at the New Contemporary Studio Escape in Wānaka was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented the space was. It strikes the perfect balance between modern luxury and a warm, inviting atmosphere — every detail feels intentional.
The studio itself is spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was amazing, the finishes were high-end, and everything we needed was right there. It felt private and peaceful, yet still close enough to everything Wānaka has to offer.
What really made this stay special, though, was how it made us feel. There’s something about waking up in such a calm, beautifully curated space that gives you a sense of clarity and confidence. It genuinely left us feeling refreshed and empowered — like we’d stepped outside our usual routine and proven to ourselves that we can embrace new experiences and challenges.
