Located in L'Île-Bouchard, Centre-Val de Loire, the renovated holiday home Le Gîte Écureuil (80 m²) is ideal for 4 adults and 1 child. You will have a living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo coffee machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, heating in the living room, bedrooms, and bathroom, a washing machine, a fan, and a high chair. The interior is all on one level for your comfort. Bed linen and towels are not provided but are available for an extra fee, payable on site. Breakfast is also available for an extra fee, payable on site.



Your host speaks French, English, German, and Italian.

Street parking is available and public transport is easily accessible nearby. Parties are not allowed, and you are asked to keep the property clean and respect the peace and quiet. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



Check-in is in person between 4 pm and 6 pm. Please confirm your arrival time when booking and inform us of any changes. Late arrivals are possible on request and subject to availability — this is a family holiday home, not a hotel.



The hosts live on site, but not in the reserved accommodation. The gîte is in town yet remains peaceful, just steps from the Île-Bouchard sanctuary. You can visit the sanctuary and discover several nearby castles, including Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Rivau, Langeais, and Chenonceau.
