Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 80 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool for rent in Villaines-les-Rochers, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 33 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- 33 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140×190) with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- Bathroom with bath, shower and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A shared swimming pool, heated to 28°C and measuring 6 m x 11 m, open from 15 May to 30 September, weather permitting (opening dates not contractually binding).
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Villaines-les-Rochers, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
