About this apartment rental
The Designer’s Apartment is a stylish, one-bedroom space in Dubai Marina, designed for those who appreciate quality design.
Carefully curated by an Italian interior designer, it features unique furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large pool and jacuzzi, a fully-equipped gym and sauna.
Just 600 meters from JBR Beach and 50 meters from the Marina Walk with its gorgeous restaurants and shops.
With high-speed Wi-Fi and a peaceful atmosphere, it’s ideal for solo travelers or couples.
The space:
This is not the typical rental home full of copy-paste Ikea furniture: this is a space for people that love design, clean aesthetics and have a thing for good furniture.
I selected every piece carefully from many different brands and manufacturers, gathered accessories from different parts of the world where I travelled to and the library is full of books I have read during my years in Dubai.
The Location:
The building is located in a newly built building on the Marina Promenade.
In the building you will find:
- a fully equipped gym
- Yoga room
- Pool with Jacuzzi
- An outdoor BBQ area (to be booked in advance)
- Sauna
- Steam Room
Dubai Marina is one of the most populated areas of Dubai where you will find everything you need nearby: supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, hairdressers, a tailor, laundry shop; you name it.
JBR beach is only 600 mt away: weather you are a couple, a single, a family, in JBR you will find the open beach, family-oriented beach clubs or party beach clubs, anything that matches your needs.
The apartment:
It’s a 70 sq. mt. one-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, one balcony that faces the Marina Promenade, one bedroom and a big open kitchen with living room space.
The apartment is perfect if you are a solo traveller or a couple. If you are three, there is an inflatable (and also comfortable) mattress (to be requested in advance).
The kitchen is equipped of all the necessary: if you like to cook like me, even when you travel, you will find all the accessories needed.
Some plates are from Japan, some mugs are from India, some ceramics are hand-made, exactly what you would find at your home, right?
The plants have been with me for more than 4 years: if you stay in my apartment for more than 2 weeks, you will have to water them, exactly like you would do at your very own home - they’re strong, no worries, not giving you a big responsability :)
If you are a lucky person that can work from anywhere and you are visiting Dubai because you want to work from home, I equipped my apartment with fast Wi-Fi (download and upload of 300 Mbps, one of the fastest you will find in UAE).
The Designer’s Apartment is not just design, it has been designed to create an oasis of relax. Dubai Marina is a very noisy area, but when you close the windows of the apartment, you will hear how silent the space is.

*Some other important information*
No animals are accepted (sorry, I love them, but I can’t host our friends).
The furniture has light colours: cream, white, beiges. Please take that into account, everything can get dirty easily.
No parties are allowed.
*Important*
- If you spill something on the dining table, please clean it. It's a travertine table. Travertine is a porous material and it absorbs stains and liquids.
- You will have an access card required to use the elevators and the building's facilities (pool, gym, sauna and yoga room).
If lost, you will be charged AED 400.
