KÖNIGSCARD PARTNER BUSINESS: Free recreational fun—over 200 nature, culture, sports, and leisure activities, such as mountain railways, swimming pools, buses, and trains, are INCLUDED! Our hotel is located on the outskirts of town in the Im Gern development (about a 10-minute walk to the Alpspitzbahn, about a 15-minute walk to the Alpspitz-Bade-Center and the train station, and about a 10-minute walk to shopping and restaurants). Vacation rental, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet:
The Romila vacation rental (approx. 61 sqm) was completed in 2021 and is located on the top floor of our house, which was newly built in 2018. It is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and features a large, bright living room with a seating area, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker, a balcony, 2 separate bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed), and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. What makes this vacation rental special is the breathtaking view of the mountains. The entire Alpine panorama stretches from the Zugspitze to the Grünten, with the Alpspitze in the foreground. There is also a lockable shed for skis and boots with a ski boot heater, or for bicycles, e-bikes, or 2 motorcycles. You can also charge your electric car in the parking lot (230V 16A) for 0.50 €/kWh. We look forward to your visit!
On-site costs: A deposit of 200 euros is due immediately upon booking. The balance is due 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made between 120 and 8 days before arrival, the amount of the deposit is due. If you cancel 7 days or less before the start of the rental period, the full rental price is due. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is between midnight and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.10 per adult per night and €1.00 per child per night (ages 6–15) will be charged separately on site. Charging an electric car costs €0.50 per kilowatt-hour.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
