Diamond Peak 2 - Warm Cabin Feel, Private Hot Tub, Sauna, Pool Table

Exceptional property, very clean inside and out our family had an amazing stay, highly recommend!

Other than problems with check in, we enjoyed this property. It has bicycles, a game room, and plenty of beds for kids. A great place for families with kids. It is not far from the SHARC pool. There is a train track nearby, and trains do occasionally go by, but I didn't notice any late at night. The internet was a bit too slow for telework. The family room TV was difficult to operate. It had four large remote controls. I was not able to get it working the day we arrived. Only got it working the next day. The cable box was unplugged, which didn't help either. The check in information provided was incorrect. I was sent a 5-digit lock box code, which did not work for either of the two lock boxes which have only 4 digits. The code also did not work for the keyless entry pad on the front door. The property management company called back within an hour with a 4-digit code that opened one of the lock boxes, which had a front door key. Unfortunately, however, that key did not open the bicycle shed. We asked about this and were given an incorrect lock box code again. It was not until the afternoon of the next day that they sent someone over in person who was able to give us the key. So, we did not have access to the home for about 45 min. after arrival and we were unable to use the bikes for a full day after check in. They did give us a 30 refund for the inconvenience. I hope that they resolve these issues for future guests.

Best quirky cabin at SR!
