You have 2 gas station half street away, burguerking and many other places to go. You will find Volleyball courts, space where you can work out and run close to the bay. Near the building you will find a rental car, jetski, boats and more if you want to have fun at water. Come and Enjoy with us!!!

Our guests count with an assigned parking space in promises so they can fully enjoy all the benefits we offer (Up to 1 car).
You are close to the MetroMover (takes you to downtown and all of the Brickell area for free) Metro Station (takes you to the Airport and Miami Downtown Area). 8-10 minutes away from the Beach.
We are centrally located to all the prime destinations. We are about a 15 min drive to Miami Airport, Miami Beach, Brickell, Design District, Midtown, and Wynwood. To help with your trip planning and simulate distances, use the adress of our property in any map application.
