We use noise detectors to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone; unregistered individuals may result in cancellation and a $1,000 charge.
No Smoking
Kindly refrain from smoking anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors—we have detectors in place.
Pets
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with pre-approval, a $35/night/dog fee, and a $500 refundable pet deposit. Please ensure dogs are not left unattended and are leashed or under control. We will assume that any dog on the property is your dog. We apologize, but no other pets are permitted.
There`s no pet fee for service dogs—please let us know if you`re bringing one.

Same Day Booking Security Deposit
If you make your reservation for the same day you arrive at the Miami Pool Oasis, we will place a $1,500 hold on your credit card as a security deposit via the guest portal. This deposit will be returned to your card one day after departure. Any damages, missing items, fees, unauthorized guests, or pets will be deducted from that fee.
Security Deposit: We will place a $1,000 hold on the credit card to cover any damages, fees, or fines. The balance is refunded 2 days after departure.
Please do not bring rubber mats for our bathtubs. To keep the tubs in great condition, we have them refinished from time to time, but the rubber on the mats damages the finish, and repairs are expensive.
Please respect your agreement with us; to enforce this agreement, we charge the following fees or fines:
Unauthorized guests: $100 per guest on the property at any time
Unauthorized smoking indoors: $1,000 (outdoors, if not cleaned up, $500)
Excessive noise and trash: $500 per occurrence
Unauthorized pets: $500 per pet on the property at any time
Unauthorized cars (up to 3 are allowed): $100 per vehicle on the property at any time, and we reserve the right to tow any unauthorized cars at the guest`s expense.
In addition to charging these fees & fines, we will cancel your reservation without a refund if you host a party or exceed the maximum occupancy of 10 persons (including children) on the property at any time.

This was by far the most beautiful property my husband and I have ever stayed in while traveling! The hospitality from Pascal and his wife was unmatched! We stayed here for my husband’s birthday weekend and I it was the best decision we could have made. The pictures do no justice, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Very clean and very well put together we loved everything about it 10/10!. Nothing was too far from the property which was very convenient because had not made any specific plans and just wanted to just take it a day at a time and enjoy our vacation.. One thing that we will never forget is the night of my husband’s birthday Pascal and his beautiful paid a special visit to surprise my husband with a birthday cake! That was the highlight of our trip! That was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, I am still smiling about it lol… traveling to Miami you literally don’t need to look anywhere else, this is your home away from home!!!!!! I will definitely be booking to stay here again!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was very comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The kids especially had a great time, they loved the pool and spent a lot of time enjoying the games in the game room.The property is located in a quiet area, which made our stay very peaceful and relaxing.The host was very generous and kind, even taking the time to give us a tour of the property, which we really appreciated. It made us feel even more welcomed.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

This is literally the best house I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve stayed in many. The hosts are wonderful people: very kind, incredibly helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. They’ve thought of absolutely everything in the house. You won’t need a thing, because it’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing, and everything is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.Thank you again to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!
