Perched atop a scenic cliff, the cottage offers a peaceful and private escape while still being just a short stroll to the heart of Port Stanley. Spend your mornings exploring the local cafes, boutique shops, and charming restaurants, and your afternoons unwinding on Little Beach—one of southern Ontario’s most beloved sandy shores.
HOUSE RULES:
We ask that you treat this residence the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home :)
📍 Registered Guests
• All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
📍Pet Rules Policy
• You need to inform if your bringing a pet
• There is a pet fee
• No aggressive breeds (including Pitbulls)
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment
📍No Smoking Policy
• Smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Please be considerate of tenants in the other units. avoid excessive noise. Children are allowed however must be attended to at all time.
• Violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 Check Out
• Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee. Please wash dishes and put out trash upon departure.
📍 Damage / Missing items
• Any damages or missing items reported by the cleaning team after your stay will be charged accordingly. Any damages to furniture, decor etc will be billed to the guest prior to departure.
📍Just to confirm that you’ve read over the house rules, please state “I’ve read your house rules` when making an inquiry or accomplishing an Instant Book.
