• No Garage Parking- Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway & the backyard of the home.
• A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

What an amazing family trip at this beautiful home. We loved everything about it and the pictures do not give it justice. The kitchen is fully stocked for family meals. The backyard has all the fun to keep everyone busy. The pool is gorgeous. Loved the beach area with kayaks. Rented a boat and jet skis and the lake is just awesome. We will be coming back for sure!

Couldn’t have had picked a better home and location for our sibling reunion! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and large enough to socialize and cook large meals in. Common areas were large, bright, and cozy. We chose to come in autumn, which was absolutely stunning for fall colors and smores by the fire, but a little too chilly to enjoy the boat and lake. Looking forward to coming again when it’s warmer!

This property was everything we hoped for and fit our needs perfectly. It was our grandchildren's first time at a large lake instead of the shore and they loved it. Swimming, boating, fire pit at night, hot tub and game room. We have rented summer homes for 12 years and this was the best. Renting a boat added to the pleasure but just relaxing at the house was a delight.

Nice location, the house has not been kept up well. Needs repairs. Only 3 dish towels for a house that rents for 14 people, especially during a holiday with increased kitchen activity. The liquid hand soap had been diluted with water, making it hard to use and worrisome to use. Washer and dryer are very loud and run slowly. No reasonable cost to rent the houses float boat, which is at the residence. BedRooms are small, closets are very small. Nice view. Nice sauna. Would NOT rent this property again for the increased price, I expect more.
