The space:

A calm, stylish retreat in the heart of Chiswick, this modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment combines elegant design with everyday comfort inside a premium gated development. Fully refurbished in 2025, it offers a bright open-plan living space with a relaxing lounge, dining area, and a brand-new kitchen equipped with dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster, and kettle — perfect for easy meals and cosy evenings in.

Both bedrooms are designed for restful sleep with blackout curtains and plush bedding. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with space for a travel cot; Bedroom 2 has a small double plus a foldable desk and chair where a folding single can be set up on request for separate sleeping. A second folding single can be set up on request in the living area for separate sleeping. Capacity remains 5 guests plus 1 infant (under 2 in a travel cot).

Unwind with fast Wi-Fi and a 55-inch smart TV (use your own streaming accounts), or enjoy a quiet moment in the leafy communal gardens. A washer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board make longer stays effortless, while two private parking spaces inside the gates provide added convenience.

Guest access:

Guests enjoy full, private use of the entire apartment, including the kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, both bedrooms, and both bathrooms.

IMPORTANT: Maximum overnight occupancy is 5 guests plus 1 infant (2 years old or under in a travel cot). Child policy: Maximum 1 child under 12; up to 2 children permitted if the second child is an infant 2 years or under.

Keys are collected from a secure, convenient location on Chiswick High Road (open 06:30–22:00) using a unique access code. This flexible self check-in process allows easy arrival at your own pace.

Latest check-in is strictly 10:30 pm. After this time, a host-accompanied check-in or key delivery may be arranged in advance, subject to availability, for a £150 service fee. Keys must be returned to the same location by 10:30 am on departure day; a £200 fee applies for late return.

Access is simple and secure: use the smart fob to open the gated entrance, the key for the building door, and the numeric keypad on the flat’s front door.

Two private, dedicated parking spaces are provided within the gated area. The apartment is on the second floor and is reached by stairs only (no lift), with entry through the leafy communal gardens that surround the development.

Other things to note:

Check-in is from 3:00 pm. For last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of arrival, check-in may be adjusted to 6:00 pm. Latest check-in is strictly 10:30 pm. After-hours key delivery or a host-accompanied check-in may be arranged in advance, subject to availability, for a £150 service fee.

Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by booking the night before or after your stay. Checkout is at 10:00 am, and keys must be returned to the same collection point by 10:30 am. A £200 fee applies for late or unreturned keys

Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am to maintain the calm environment. No parties or events are permitted. Overnight occupancy must not exceed 5 guests plus 1 infant. Up to two daytime visitors are allowed 8:00 am–10:00 pm; visitors may not stay past 10:00 pm or sleep over.

All adult guests must provide valid government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.

A travel cot and high chair are provided on site; please bring your own cot bedding for hygiene and safety reasons.

Bed linen and towels are provided for the two main beds; if folding beds are requested for separate sleeping (occupancy unchanged).

For everyone’s comfort, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. A £250 fee applies if this policy is breached. A £250 fee also applies for unapproved late check-outs after 10:00 am.
