Welcome to Cozy Home in Myrtle Beach SC! Our spectacular COZY 2BR/2BA is located in the safe Island Green area. This home is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. The dining, beaches and golf courses are just minutes away.
The Space:
BED & BATH
This home's bedroom both are set up like Master Suite's with having their own bathroom in each room. has a Queen Size Bed, dresser, two nightstands, closet, flat screen TV with cable access.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, flat screen tv and nightstand table sitting chair and closet.
LIVING AREA
Enjoy our spacious living room complete with a super comfy sofa featuring a sofa, side chair coffee table, lamps and a large flat screen TV on our beautiful TV stand. We also have a Washer and Dryer in the laundry room which is located downstairs.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our Beautiful fully equipped; fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals if you decide to dine in while you are on vacation. Includes, a Keurig coffee machine. Our kitchen features a eat at bar with barstools that will accommodate 4 guests. The kitchen also includes a small desk area for the work from vacation guests.
PATIO & BACKYARD
Enjoy your days/evenings on our covered patio complete with a table and chairs as well as a BBQ Grill for your outdoor cooking & relaxing needs. There is also a small backyard for the kids to enjoy playing while the adults are grilling out.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

- You MUST ONLY park in the driveway. There are ONLY 2 vehicles are allowed for this property.
- NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED!
- NO PARKING or DRIVING IN THE LAWN!
-Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV's permitted!

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.
- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.
- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
**YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home--NO EXCEPTIONS!!!**
- Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!
- Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We must have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.
** All Pool Cards must be returned to home or $50.00 replacement fee will be charged.
- Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
- Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!
- Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
-Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
