About this house rental
Quiet and Spacious sprauling rancher. Well appointment with traditional furniture. 3 bedroom 2 full baths. Carolina room has Sleeper sofa which could be used as 4th bedroom.
New vynil plank flooring. New walk in shower
Some new paint. Triple driveway with RV outlet.
Drive straight on hwy 501 to get to Myrtle Beach and see one of the largest Ferris Wheels in the world the largest gift shop (Gay Dolphin) or cut through college to turn left in hwy 544 to get to the quieter Surfside and Garden city beaches. Garden City pier features 2 bands weekend nights during the summer. Ocean Annies, Locals, Fat Harold's and Ducks night clubs are 35 minutes away using hwy 31. Biker Bars ar 30 minutes away in Murells Inlet using hwy 544
There are too many things to do on the Grand Strand. 60 miles of beaches to mention everything.
Broadway at the Beach and the Wrigley's Aquarium are within 10 miles. Brook Green gardens. one of the largest outdoor sculpture. gardens in the world is 35 minutes away.
Murrells Inlet has a marsh walk and fantastic restaurants.
There is an Alligstor farm in North Myrtle about 35 minutes away. 2 Albino Alligators.
The house is in a quiet area but walk to college or drive 25 minutes to the beach- large, private yard, nice neighbors, kitchen fully equipped, cable tv, wifi . All utilities included.
Get to the Beach with 4 times the space, a much quieter environment and half the cost.
A 50 Amp exterior plug makes RV and Camper travel accessible for those traveling in motor homes. contact owner for reduced rates saving money over camp grounds

The host, George was the nicest, most helpful host we’ve ever dealt with. He was always easy to reach and very helpful. House was very roomy and the back deck was wonderful.

This house is steps away from campus, which made move-in weekend very easy. The house has everything you need to feel at home, though we pretty much only used the bedrooms and living room. It’s a bit dated, but that doesn’t spoil the experience.
We did have a couple hiccups while staying. First, we had to sweep when we arrived due to quite a few dead bugs. It’s clear that the property is cared for, but the recent storm that blew through the area likely sent critters for shelter, and they met their demise when trying to get into the home. The air conditioning also malfunctioned while we were there. Thankfully, there are ceiling fans in every room so we managed to stay somewhat comfortable, though no covers were needed when sleeping. The owner did have someone come look at the unit, but they couldn’t fix it until the day after we left.
Overall, a decent experience. The convenient location makes up for the two issues we ran into. Communication with the owner was outstanding and he clearly cares for the folks staying at the property.
