Summary:
Expansive, three-level waterfront retreat on the public side of Lake Anna, Virginia. Stunning water views at the largest part of Lake Anna. Located on a large no wake cove just off the main lake, this is the perfect property for swimming and relaxing by the water. Relax on the expansive rear deck overlooking the lake or take a short walk to the water and the fire pit, two-slip boat house w/boat lifts, tiki bar, covered entertaining area, and uncovered sun deck.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM.
- Free Parking for 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking
- No Pets Allowed.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

My family of eight adults and nine children booked this home for Thanksgiving. We don’t get together often because our family is so big, so we had high expectations for cleanliness, safety, comfort, entertainment, space, and location. This house delivered on every one! There was always something to do for the kids and lots of places to relax for the adults. The living room was plenty big enough to relax and watch the game for 10 or so of our party. We have every intention for returning next Thanksgiving or sooner to make more precious memories. The owners were responsive during our stay and brought by items we needed within 24 hours. I highly recommend booking with this company and reserving this home for your next family or friend gathering. You will not be disappointed 😊

This home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed during our stay. It was clean and the location on the lake was great. The size of the rooms were perfect for fitting everyone comfortably. We had a fantastic time!
