2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and features off street assigned parking, laundry in the unit, pool, hot tub, bar, clubhouse, and marina with rentals on site. Cove Cay Golf Club within walking distance. Each bedroom features a full/double bed. There's a screened lanai overlooking the pool, and the kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, as well as stovetop espresso maker for coffee lovers. Approx 8 mi (15-20 min drive) to Clearwater Beach!
The condo is managed by a local property management company (Copeland Morgan LLC) and they maintain a 24/7 hotline for maintenance and emergencies.
The condo is located in a private gated community off US Hwy 19 in along Tampa Bay in Clearwwater, adjacent to Cove Cay Golf Club.
Guests will be provided with 24/7 gate access upon HOA approval. The condo itself features a wi-fi enabled smart lock system for your safety and security.
The Tampa Bay area is best exlored via car. Uber/Lyft are readily available. The condo itself is within walking distance of Cove Cay Golf Club and the Bayview Grill, in addition to the onsite pool, hot tub, and bar.
