About this house rental

You can really appreciate the nature in the back yard with ducks, turtles, and other lake attraction. Shopping, movie theater, within five minutes. Full kitchen and all the utensils and cook ware needed for special meals. The breeze from the lake you can enjoy early morning coffee on the patio and grilling your favorite. Home floor plan has dining, living room and kitchen open for full family enjoyment. Large king size master bedroom with plenty closet room and dresser storage. Bedroom room 2 full size bed and storage. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well the living room.

Our stay at the cottage was everything you could hope for. The host has thoughtfully labeled everything in the house, left a very helpful manual for check-in, and overall the house is clean, well-furnished, and comfortable and in a central location where most points of interest in the greater Tampa Bay area are no more than a half hour away. I will 100% recommend this rental and host, and I plan on staying there again my next trip back to Largo/St. Petersburg.

Very clean and functional. It is located in a quiet neighborhood where the houses are close together although I never heard any noise. Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants.

The place was conveniently located near shops, nice safe place to walk, was very clean and cozy. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip.
