The space
3 bedrooms with A/C ( 2 has queen size beds and one has 2 single beds), balcony for each room, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, Internet, TV, Villa grown Organic veggies, laundry facilities, piano, small library, yoga props, guided walks by the caretaker, security cameras and 24hrs remote monitoring. The caretaker, chef and staff live downstairs. If you have a driver, he could share the staff quarters. They have separate toilets. Also there is a Bathroom in the Garden. you could drive all the way to the Villa. If you want to book the entire Villa , we have listed this same Villa again separately, as a second listing, on Airbnb.

For your privacy and enjoyment, if you require we can give you the entire Villa. There is a yoga hall, living area, study, and work area with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Also available Yoga mats and props, a small library, a Piano, etc. You can also go to the Balcony or to the Garden and work/study with tranquility and natural beauty. You will hardly hear any man-made sounds or voices.

The unique features of this villa are
1. Every Room has a Balcony. You see breathtaking views of the Hills from your bed and from your balcony. You will only see the beautiful scenic view and natural forest, hills, rocks, trees, and landscapes, not the neighbours' house roofs or buildings. Its a 100% pure natural view. There is a big difference between seeing the Natural forest hills vs seeing buildings, houses and people. You find this great view from every point of the house. From the rooms, from the living area, from the kitchen, from the yoga hall and also from the Garden. It's not just one good viewpoint. It's from every point you will see these magnificent views.
2. You hardly hear any man-made sounds or voices. You will not hear vehicles honking or their engine sounds or children screaming, or dogs barking. You only hear the birds chirping, the rustling of leaves, the sound of rain, and the sound of water flowing. This is so good for your mind and body. There is a big difference.
3. It's easy to access the Villa from the railway station. If you want to go to the city for shopping or to Kandy city, you could call a three-wheeler/taxi. Or you could walk down 500 meters and even take a bus.
Its only 8kms from the Peradeniya Railway/Bus station. It takes only about 2.5 hours to come to Peradeniya Railway Station from Colombo and then you could take a taxi from there. Just 8 kms from the station.
4. There is a Yoga/meditation/ study hall with the same breathtaking view. You could do your Yoga , meditation or work remotely.
5. The air is so clean and natural. No air pollution at all.
6. You can go hiking in the Pine trees, climb a hill, or shower from the natural water stream.
