NB: House is in a quiet residential area and not suitable for parties. Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am, with noise monitoring systems in use.
Set in an ideal location a short walk to both Streatham High Street and Tooting Bec Common, this house is on a quiet residential road closed off to passing traffic. The house boasts a private driveway, plus a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen/diner.
Guests have enjoyment of the entire property, including front driveway and rear garden with decking.

Guests are expected to treat the property with the respect they would apply to their own home. If the property is left in poor condition then added cleaning fees may be charged (see additional fees). We also ask that due consideration is given to our neighbours. The house is situated on a quite residential street and excessive noise during unsociable ours is not permitted.
