Hałas z klatki schodowej z ulicy. Brak haczyków do ręczników, ręczników do rąk.

Good location and nice rooms.

Everything was ok

No tea towels in the kitchen - reallly need some. Sort it out! No hairdryer. Front bedroom especially is uncomfortably warm. Need a fan. No way to turn off the automatic light in the hall so it comes on in the night when you get up for a wee

The location was good and very close to Brixton tube station, shops and restaurants. It was easy to access the property.

There was no toilet paper at all on arrival so we had to go out and buy our own. There was only one towel given per person that was expected to last us each 3 days. The toilet essentially does not flush either. Despite informing the property that we required use of the sofa bed, on our arrival there were no blankets etc provided for it and it had not been set up. Someone had to come in the following day to prepare the sofa bed and to give us extra towels. There was also only one bin with one bin bag in the kitchen so we had to purchase bin bags to keep the place tidy. A shame because the apartment itself is nice and modern but it lacks the basic essentials that you would expect to have when staying in any propety.
