Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting
dining space featuring classic wooden furniture with a fully equipped
kitchen featuring everything you’ll need to enjoy a comfortable
self-catering stay. Additional amenities on the property include a
washing machine, a dishwasher, an air fryer, a gas braai, and an
outdoor sink for added convenience.
The living room features two plush sofas, a coffee table, a mounted
flatscreen television, and a wood fireplace, creating the perfect spot
to relax and unwind. The dining room opens up to the patio, which
allows an abundance of natural light to flood the space. Guests will
also enjoy internet access throughout the property.
The property includes two bedrooms. The main bedroom is thoughtfully
furnished with a double bed with a nightstand and a vanity mirror, with
an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, a washbasin with vanity, and a
toilet. The second bedroom features two ¾ beds, and the shared bathroom
is fitted with a shower, a washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. Linen
and towels are provided with your stay.
Bloubergstrand provides direct access to West Coast Road, which leads
to Cape Town. You are conveniently located near several shopping
centres, malls, entertainment options, and, of course, the beach.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 19 Ascension Dr, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7436.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
